Ran out of parsley potatoes no parsley or butter seen on potatoes and very very small gum ball size and given in limited amounts; 4 - 5 as a serving - substituted instant mashed potatoes, John said he put out both; at no time during the dinner did we or the guests we spoke to see both types of potatoes provided. Although I completely understand not wanting to waste food, there are many different ways one could go about this.
